Refund Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 0% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
Please ensure that the return shipment is securely packaged and includes your original order number or invoice for accurate processing. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not liable for returns lost in transit.
