We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

What is R-32?

R-32 is a next-generation HFC refrigerant, well-known for delivering powerful cooling while reducing environmental impact. As one of the key components of R-410A and newer blends, R-32 is valued for its low global warming potential (GWP) and excellent energy efficiency, making it a strong choice for modern air conditioning systems.

Thanks to its superior heat transfer ability, R-32 requires less refrigerant charge compared to older alternatives, which helps lower costs and boost system performance.
