Monday–Thursday Orders: All orders placed during business hours will be shipped within 24 hours.
• Monday orders → shipped by Tuesday
• Tuesday orders → shipped by Wednesday
• Wednesday orders → shipped by Thursday
• Thursday orders → shipped by Friday
• Friday Orders: Our warehouse performs inventory checks every Friday. Orders will be shipped the following Monday.
• Weekend Orders (Saturday–Sunday): All orders will be processed and shipped on Monday.
• Orders placed after business hours (Monday–Thursday): Will be shipped the following business morning.

Return Policy
We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.
To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.
Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.
