We accept returns within 30 days from the date of purchase.

To be eligible for a return, all products must be unopened, unused, and remain in their original factory-sealed packaging. Products that are opened, used, damaged, or tampered with are not eligible for return.

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. A 30% restocking fee will be applied to all returned items.

Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 7–10 business days after the returned items are received and inspected. We reserve the right to reject any returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

What is R-410A?

R-410A is a blend of R-32 and R-125, created to replace R-22 in residential and commercial air conditioning and heat pump systems. It operates at much higher pressures than R-22, delivering greater cooling capacity and efficiency. Unlike older refrigerants, R-410A supports compact system designs and ensures stronger overall performance.

This refrigerant requires POE (polyolester) oils and is only intended for equipment specifically designed to handle its higher pressure. It cannot be retrofitted into existing R-22 systems. R-410A is classified as A1 by ASHRAE, meaning it is non-toxic and non-flammable, making it safe for both home and commercial use. Today, it is widely recognized as the industry standard for new HVAC systems.
